Purpose of policy
This policy describes how The Childwick Trust processes your personal data in the course of undertaking its charitable activities (including the processing of applications for grants from applicants and the provision of grants to successful applicants (together, our applicants)).

For the purposes of data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation, the data controller collecting and processing your personal data is The Childwick Trust, a private company limited by guarantee incorporated and registered in England and Wales with number 08224553 and a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales with number 1150413. The data we collect about you
